Mr Tshikhudo is a project manager and his responsibilities amongst the others are to facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements, Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas, Develop methods to monitor project or area progress and provide corrective supervision if necessary

He had participated on several ‘school community’ projects previously whereby he contributed his full dedication & effort to help and support the peers. Amongst the others, He had received outstanding performance Awards at the University of Johannesburg when he was an HIV/AIDS educator for a period of two years during time of his studies, at Aucklandpark campus.
